Course Memo

Prerequisite: MAT095R or an ACT Math score of 23 or an SAT Math score of 560. An introduction of the fundamentals of physics and chemistry with special attention paid to reasoning, problem solving, and utilizing the scientific method. Topics will include motion, energy, heat, temperature, waves, electricity, light, atoms, periodic properties, chemical bonds, reactions, and solutions. Lecture and laboratory.
