Course Memo
Prerequisite: None.
This course is designed to guide teacher candidates towards completion of a capstone Teacher Performance Assessment (edTPA) portfolio required for licensure in the state of Illinois. Portfolio requirements are designed by SCALE, Stanford Center for Assessment, Learning and Equity, which includes planning, instruction, and assessment of a candidate selected learning segment. This course has been designated as a writing intensive course because the capstone portfolio requires 26-30 pages of analytical and reflective writings throughout.
