THEORY OF CONSTRAINTS (BUA324)

Prerequisite: None. Theory of Constraints is designed to enable the student to begin to understand the multitude of factors which are involved in managing processes. Focus will be on both organizational and personal applications of TOC. Greater understanding of these factors may then be utilized in acquiring the goals of the organization.
