Prerequisite: ENG103W. (Offered variably, but will be taught at least once every four years. Consult the
Communication and Media Studies faculty for more information on the current rotation). Historic and modern survey of media produced in, representing, and/or distributed in rural America. Students civically engage through a digital history project focused on movie theater history in rural Illinois. Cross-listed as ECC 212. Justice and Civic Responsibility Capability course.
