Course Memo
Prerequisites: None. This 4 credit hour course is designed to provide students with an overview of current environmental issues from the local to global scale. Students will examine the science behind our understanding of current environmental issues, and discuss existing and potential solutions to these issues. We will also address economic, political, and social factors that influence environmental change and decision making. This course serves as the foundation for the Environmental Science and Environmental Studies majors and the Environmental Studies minor. Sustainable Practices & Environmental Conscience Capability course.
